A Director and the Registered Manager of Southern Real Estate, John has resided in Flagstaff Hill since 1981 and during this time has been actively involved in the local community. He is currently a member of the Lions Club of Aberfoyle Park and Districts, volunteer for the Flagstaff Hill Neighbourhood Watch and member of the Flagstaff Hill Golf Club.

John is married to Ellen and their 3 children, Kate, Vicki and Nigel all attended Flagstaff Primary and Aberfoyle High Schools.

Since leaving the banking industry in 1985, John has put his local knowledge to good use and has specialized in selling properties in the southern suburbs. During this time he has helped in excess of 1000 families buy and sell property.

His reputation for providing a high level of personal service and working hard to achieve the best possible results for his clients is confirmed by the large number of personal referrals and repeat business he receives.

Andrew has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1988 and a Fully Licensed Land Agent Since 1990. Specializing in the Southern areas he is a founding director of Southern Real Estate which first opened its doors in 1994.

Andrew is also an experienced developer, and will be able to assist you with all forms of subdivision, property development, project marketing & property investment.

Married to his lovely wife Sharon, he has three children - Hayden, Aaron and Chelsea. Andrew has lived in the South all his life enabling him to sell the lifestyle, local facilities, services & benefits of the South as well as the property itself. He’s also a proud member of The Vines of Reynella & Blackwood Golf Clubs

Andrew is actively involved in community issues; has been Deputy Chair of Reynella East High School, Publicity Officer of Neighborhood Watch area 239, Chairman of the Woodcroft Working Party and is currently the area Co-ordinater of Woodcroft Neighbourhood Watch Area 414 which covers Glenloth Estate, Mt Hurtle & Woodcroft Farm.
